Observation: Thermometers in the walk-in and prep cooler are not accurate. One read below 0C while the other read greater than 20C.
Corrective Action(s): Replace these thermometers with ones that can accurately measure the cooler temperatures. Ensure the cooler temperatures are reading 4C/40F. Date to be corrected by: January 4, 2019

- Low temperature dishwasher is available. 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer detected at the plate level.
- 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloths
- Food and equipment are generally stored off the floor
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Washroom for customers is equipped with adequate hand washing stations
- Permit is posted in a visible location
