Routine Inspection
General sanitation is satisfactory. Floor is clean and food is stored on shelves above the floor. Counters/cutting boards are clean and sanitized frequently.
Hand washing sink is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
200 ppm quat sanitizer is provided in sanitizer containers and cloths stored inside the containers. Sanitizer is provided in spray bottles are properly labelled.
Staff were observed cleaning and sanitizing the cutting boards.
Dish washer registered 72C at dish surface in the final rinse.
Walk in cooler is at 1C - good. Food inside the cooler is labelled.
All under the counter coolers with inserts are at or below 4C - good.
Ice machine is clean.
Ice buckets are used to store rice scoop and salad utensils in the ice slurry.
It was noted that proper cooling procedure for potentially hazardous food is followed. Cooked food was properly labelled and cooled.
Garbage area is clean and well maintained.
Health Permit is posted in customer area.
Covid-19 Safety Plan is followed. Limited dine in is permitted. Proper sanitation of the cutting board was discussed with staff.
Customer washrooms are equipped with proper hand washing stations.
No obvious signs of pests observed at this date.
