Routine Inspection conducted today.

Kitchen and Back Storage/Preparation Areas handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available in kitchen and back storage/preparation area. High-temperature dishwaher measured at 79.7C final rinse temperature at plate level.
Prep cooler and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained.
Ice machine in satisfactory condition. Ice scoop not in direct contact with ice (being hung).
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food observed to be covered.
Exhaust hood observed to be in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Declutter area in Back Storage/Preparation Area near the door to allow for ease of cleaning.
