Followup Inspection to Routine inspection report #KDEL-B5H268

The following items have been corrected:
1. New freezer has been installed to replace freezer that required de-icing. Old freezer will be removed from premises.
Freezer was at -21c during time of inspection.
2. Dishwasher reached 71c at dish level for rinse cycle.
3. Bleach water sanitizer was found at 100ppm concentration during this inspection.
4. New prep area has been organized.
5. Pest Control invoice was available onsite. No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
6. Preparation table with shelf has been repaired.

2. Reminder: Ensure to keep all potentially hazardous foods in the cooler (4c or below) at all times unless required for prep. Do not store at food temperature.
