Change of ownership has occurred since Aug 2017. Referral received from City of Abb. Business Licensing. No change in menu, FSP/San Plan and SOPs. Completed application received and other documentation. FoodSafe 1 certificates for operators and employees to be submitted at the Health Protection office. Cheque of $100.00 received at time of inspection. Inspection: Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer measured 100 ppm (spray bottle). Provide bucket with sanitizing solution to store wiping rags. Walk in cooler registered 2-3 C. Walk in freezer registered at - 20 C. Prep line cooler was at 3-4 C. Temperature log available and up to date. Back area was clean and organized. Food and food related items were stored off the floor. Timer for pizza display monitored and recorded. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Ensure this is pest control monitoring in place. Overall sanitation was good at time of inspection. Approval to Operate Granted.
