-Follow-up inspection to May 24, 2016. -Food items were properly stored off the floor at the time of inspection. -Facility has removed all food items made from home based operations. -Facility has removed all advertisements for sale of home made food items. -Facility had the following items with Merienda Bakeshop labels - no address on the labels. Other food items with Merienda Bakeshop labels determined facility is located 4172 Fraser Street, Vancouver BC. Operator also has invoices for the items. -1 bag of Chicken Empanada (meat pies) in a ziplock bag -5 jars of Atchara in mason jars and saran wrap. **Items have been placed on hold - items are not to be removed or sold and hold tag is not to be removed** -Standing Correction Order regarding the sale of unapproved foods is still in effect. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
