At the follow-up inspection dated Mar. 16, 2022, there were 6 children and the manager was present.
A COVID-19 Risk Screening was also completed.
During the follow-up inspection, Licensing reviewed the following documentation:
- Staff work history documentation
- Staff proof of immunization status
- Validation of staff certificate
- Full date and documentation of children's date of enrolment
All required documentation are now on-site.
