Observation: Dishwasher has been serviced and was able to reach a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface, but dishwasher in now leaking water - a puddle was found behind and in front of the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Service dishwasher to prevent leaking water.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to Feb 1, 2019.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing). Dishwasher now has a leak and needs to be serviced again.
-Some cleaning has been carried out, but more attention is require by the beverage dispenser (move the cooler to clean between the cooler and dispenser) and the shelving units in the walk-in cooler (meat side).
-Staff are more diligent in changing gloves now. Ensure staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices at all times.
