- Hand washing sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottle and bucket at 100 ppm (chlorine).
- Two-compartment sink available and well maintained for manual warewashing. Sink drain plugs available for use.
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder.
- All freezers were measured at -18C or colder.
*Note: Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer currently being used as dry storage spaces - OK. Adequate storage space available in the multiple stand-up coolers and freezers.
- Accurate thermometers available and temperature logs available.
- Cooking equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. General sanitation also satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
