Observation: Rodent droppings observed against walls closest to emergency exit doors 10 & 11 (behind pasta boxes) and door 12 (behind beverages).
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings daily and clean and sanitize these areas. Continue sealing holes and gaps in building to prevent entry of pests.

Back processing area hand sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at the main 3 compartment sink.
**Note: 3 compartment sink closest to back hallway (used as a secondary dishwashing sink) - Quats dispenser not dispensing Quats at 200 ppm.Please have dispenser repaired prior to using.
**Recommend storing rotten produce in covered bins until it is taken to the organics disposal. Covering produce may prevent fruit flies from accumulating.

Baby/infant formula/food and meal replacements:
Random baby food products, infant formulas and meal replacements checked and all were within best before dates.

Retail area:
All coolers at 4 C or below.
All freezers (except bunker type freezers) at -18 C or below.
Open bunker type freezers ranged from -6 C to -12 C. .
All foods stored off the floor.

Note: some cleaning required in the dry pasta and rice shelves.

Establishment no longer selling food from bulk bins for self-dispensing.

Back area:
