Routine inspection conducted:
-Food store only, no food handling done on site

- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Random audits conducted for food condition/expiration dates.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control visits are weekly. Outstanding issues already addressed on pest control report dated November 15th.

Temperature control:
- Back walk in freezer (near loading dock) = -19 deg C
- Back walk in cooler (dairy/meat) = 0 deg C
- Walk in freezer (main store) = -18 deg C
- Walk in cooler (produce/fruits, main store) = 2 deg C
