Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets at 200ppm. QUATs spray bottle and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and domestic stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezers, domestic stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Ice machine, meat slicer, vegetable dicer observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoop outside of ice machine. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.
The following violation in report#JCHY-CTFQZY has been corrected:
-Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition. Continue to have regular cleaning of vents to prevent grease build-up in addition to the third-party servicing.
NOTE: Ensure daily and thorough cleaning underneath and around hard to reach area is conducted to prevent debris build-up.
Overall, facility is well organized.
