Chemical Controls:
-Reviewed Manual Washing method with worker: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach -as per sign posted -new updated sign 2-compartment wash sign provided
-bleach sanitizer bucket >100ppm as per test strips
Reused wiping towels for food contact surfaces maintained in sanitizer buckets when not actively used

General Sanitation good
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests, operator is monitoring with snap traps

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access

COVID-19 Protocol Reviewed:
-**Safety Plan must be posted at worksite and/or website -provided WorkSafeBC link to be completed -email to me within a week to verify completion
-**Self-service condiments needs a sign as well for the sanitizer there "Use Sanitizer Before Handling Condiments"
