Observation: Operator has replaced tiles in ceiling except for one area by the fumehood that still requires new ceiling tile/covering.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has said this particular ceiling tile, because of its irregular shape, will need to be custom fitted. Ensure not to store food in that area underneath this gap in the mean time until you can get a new ceiling tile there.

General sanitation has improved greatly--> operator has removed black debris along walls by dish pit, cooking line, and under hand sink areas
-->Continue to deep clean on a weekly basis, this will help maintain a sanitary condition
Cardboard by dish pit has been removed and replaced with a rubber mat-- Good
No foods observed sitting on floor or out at room temperature
