Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- All freezers at -19'C or lower
- Display cooler at 2'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method is in use
- Dry stored ingredients stored in pest proof containers
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 72'C at plate surface
- DDBSA sanitizer in use for food contact surfaces measured at 272-700 DDSBA and 704-1875 lactic acid
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals stored away from food
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms and gloves
- Operating permit posted in a conspicuous location
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
