Introduction
An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection JDOO-CL9S5N was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At today’s inspection there were 3 children and 2 staff present including the manager.
At this inspection the noted contraventions from report JDOO-CL9S5N have been addressed.
The following was discussed with the manager;
- Minor incident log
The contents of the inspection report were reviewed with the manager and written on-site. A copy of this report will be emailed to the manager and a paper copy mailed to the facility.
