- Ice logs for the dairy creamers were up-to-date and taken every 2 hours - EXCELLENT. Last log taken Dec 19th, 2018 at 4 PM
- Products stored inside hot-holder at an internal temperature of 170F
- Cold-holding dairy dispenser is still on order
