Paper towel reinstalled in sushi bar and is working without affecting microwave. Floor mat removed. Adequate food storage in display cooler. Ladle used for salad sauces in cooler. No food in washroom. Sushi rice info e-mailed to operator. Pending issues: *Operator will be installing new paper towel dispenser for kitchen and reinstall magnetic knife holder for proper knife storage. *Dishwasher thermometer not replaced. *Temperature logs to be in place.
