Observation: Food debris still noted inside chest freezer in sushi bar. Grease build up still noted beyind fryer, on pipes and under grill. Sauce splashes on wall not removed.

Floor mat removed.

*Operator will be installing new paper towel dispenser for kitchen and reinstall magnetic knife holder for proper knife storage.
*Dishwasher thermometer not replaced.
*Temperature logs to be in place.
