Operator was notified and they immediately cleaned and sanitized the ice machine. Ensure ice machine is cleaned on a regular basis. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 compartment sink was filled with only detergent and water. Sanitizer step was missing. Operator prepared the 3 compartment sink appropriately with wash, rinse, and sanitize steps. Adequate dishwashing sign is posted near sink for reminder.
