Observation: - Oven leaks when the self-cleaning function is used.
- One prep cooler is still not working (and not in use).
Corrective Action(s): - Repair oven such that it does not leak. Continue to mop up any pooling water in the meantime after the self-clean function is used.
- Repair prep cooler. Continue to not store any food items in this cooler until it is capable of maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder.

Comments

- Vegetable slicer has been removed. Also remove the raw plywood stand previously used to mount the slicer. All surfaces must be non-absorbent, durable, and easily cleanable.
- Reminder that if vegetable slicer is used, it MUST be cleaned and sanitized after each use.

- New paper towel dispenser has been installed. Paper towels available at hand sink. Hand sink was accessible and not obstructed by any items.
- All other coolers were at 4C or colder
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in bucket.
- Cleaning above, behind, and around fryers has been done. Ventilation canopy has been cleaned. *Ensure to clean these areas regularly to prevent grease/food debris accumulation.
