ITEMS CORRECTED: - Droppings have been removed from contaminated areas - Areas contaminated by rodent droppings have been sanitized - Food and food preparation equipment has been removed from bottom shelves of food preparation area in front of facility - Rice and noodle items have been removed from back shelf in food store area where rodent droppings have previously been observed - Outside wall that has bricks removed has had holes sealed with spray foam insulation. - Floors in back and front under equipment and in hard to reach areas have been cleaned and sanitized - Door skirt to storage room has been installed EXCELLENT WORK! - FACILITY HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED
