Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CHESSF.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CHESSF have been corrected:
No food observed to be cooled under room temperature in large containers. Operator purchased cooling wand to cool large batches of food.
Can opener blade and vegetable dicer observed to be in sanitary condition.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets and spray bottles measured at 200ppm chlorine. QUATs spray bottles for the front servicing area measured at 200ppm.
Underneath the worktable, tandoor, cookline observed to be in sanitary condition. Wheels installed on equipment for ease of moving when cleaning daily underneath.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
