Observation: IFI Display cooler observed at 7.8°C; products measured to be around 8°C. Perishable products disposed of during inspection.
Correction: Contact technician to look into repairing unit. In the meantime, do not store potentially hazardous foods in this unit until it can maintain a temperature of 4°C or less.
Correct by: immediately.

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to Report #TCHN-BZKPRN.

IFI Display cooler temperatures measured ~4°C. Owner will monitor with IR thermometer to ensure unit holds 4°C or less.
Should unit not hold temperature, refrigeration technician will be contacted for service.

All other infractions identified in report #TCHN-BZKPRN still pending.
