-Closure order is lifted subject to the following: - Seal the gap around walk in cooler door -Seal gaps above walk in cooler wall ( wall to ceiling plate) -Seal opening around piping under ice sink at bar -Secure the gas cylinder in dry storage room -De clutter the office/janitorial room -Increase the intensity and frequency of cleaning/sanitation Ensure to clean and sanitize the whole facility at the end of shift before closing (take out all garbage), protect all foods and clean utensils, also sanitize the whole facility Violation tickets is waived ( dishwasher , sanitation and failure to comply with health act order issued March 27-2023). No food prep till all the above are fully addressed. Send a report with pictures after addressing these noted issues to the attention of the area inspector via email. A progressive report is required re: rodent issues ( can be a curve) to be sent to the attention of the area inspector via email (every 2 month).
