Hand washing sink is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Note: do not obstruct hand sink for other users of the kitchen.

Surface sanitizer such as chlorine or Quats must be available when kitchen is in use. Follow the dishwashing poster for making a sanitizer solution.
