Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature dishwasher both vats are empty for detergent and sanitizer -no reading for chlorine test strips observed. Daily Logs for washer indicate there was >50ppm chlorine residual yesterday. Serviceman was phoned during inspection and is expected to come in later in the afternoon

Operator indicates utensils are toweled down after dishwashing
Correction: Repair washer. Re-wash ALL dishware/utensils even if they are clean.

You are to AIR-DRY only dishware/utensils using your drying racks/drain boards

Observation: Staff washroom does not have a papertowel dispenser.

Dishwashing station papertowel dispenser is empty.

Kitchen handsink by walk-in cooler blocked with food container, no soap dispenser and papertowels covered with grease build-up.
Correction: Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.
Hand-washing stations are to kept fully accessible at all times to allow staff to conveniently and frequently wash their hands as needed.

Reviewed kim chi process, operator will continue to obtain kim chi from approved suppliers and maintain at refrigeration, 4 C.

Right front counter food warmer turned on and operating correctly, sauce internal temperature 74 C

Dishwasher repaired during previous inspection. Note: Ensure dishwasher sanitizing temperature is tested daily using the max reading thermometer available to verify sanitizing temperature of 71 C or hotter is reached.

Staff washroom has papertowel dispenser installed.

Dishwasher station papertowel dispenser has been refilled.

Handsink by walk-in cooler - counter has been cleared and the sink is fully accessible by staff to use.

Premise cleaning has been conducted. Note: Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation in a consistent manner.
