*Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 2, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B56TPN) - Smaller hot holding unit has been repaired. Temperature is now at 72.6C. You may resume hot holding cooked foods in this unit. - Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles in front area and kitchen - Improvements have been made in cleanliness of the premises. Continue to clean regularly in all areas of the premises. Pay attention to the hard to reach areas such as underneath and behind equipment. Thank you for your effort on these improvements.
