Observation: Lots of items being stored in the back storage area as well as the attached garage that allows for the harborage of rodents. Both locations must be cleaned out of all equipment that is not being used by April 30/19. If the items are not removed enforcement action will be taken as this has been an ongoing issue and has allowed for the rodent problem to occur.

Observation: Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces such as counters, cutting boards, dishes, pots and pans. As it is likely the pests have been walking around within the facility for some time

Observation: Hand sink blocked by utensils
Correction: Ensure the handsink never has anything blocking it as employees must wash their hands

-hand sink fully equipped
-all equipment has been cleaned and sanitized
-all food is now stored in the restaurant and not in the back storage coolers
-all paper products have been thrown out
-pest control has been in and caught several rodents. Pest control is to come in weekly for the next 4 weeks, then monthly after that
-cleaning must be maintained on a regular basis.
