Routine Inspection - Hand washing station is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. New soap and paper towel dispenser installed. Thank you! - Coolers are at or below 4C. chest Freezer at front is at -18C or colder. Freezer in the back measured at or below -18 C. Hot holding unit measured at 60C or hotter. - Proper usage of single use vinyl gloves was discussed. Ensure to discard used gloves. - Counters are clean and bleach solution available in spray bottle. - Customer washrooms are clean and fully supplied. - No sign of pest activity noted at this date.
