Comments

The kitchen is used about once per month for members of the Church for the congregation. A temporary food permit will need to be obtained from Fraser Health prior to preparing serving, and/or selling food to the general public.

Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse was 74.4 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser.
Upright cooler was at 3.1 degrees C (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F) or less. It was equipped with a thermometer inside it and a built thermometer.
Produce cooler was at 2 degrees C (4 degrees C or less).
Upright freezer was -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F or less.
Cooking temperatures were reviewed with staff. Ensure food (e.g. chicken and rice) are cooked to at least 74 degrees C internally before serving it.
Leftovers are discarded according to staff.
No signs of recent pest activity was observed at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area was clean and organized.

**Please obtain a probe thermometer to verify the internal cooking temperature of food. Provide an update on the status of the probe thermometer to the area E.H.O. of Fraser Health within 1 month.
