Kitchen not in operation at time of inspection. Monthly functions are held where food is prepared and served out of this kitchen. Ensure that during food preparation and service, there must be at least one person with FoodSafe certification supervising (and be able to produce their certificate/card for verification).

Two door cooler: 3.2 deg C
Upright freezer: -19 deg C
Dishwasher achieved 77.1 deg C plate level on rinse cycle
No food preparation or hot holding at time of inspection
Quat spray bottle at 200 ppm QUATS (labelled as ostro-san), located under handsink by entrance to kitchen
