As we discussed at the time of the opening inspection you will be required to install hand wash station in the food prep area. Please complete this by Feb 15, 2019.
For now owner supplied all prep sinks with disposable paper and liquid soaps.
Daily temperature logs are up to date.
Wiping clothes stored in the bleach solution.
