Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CFFUER: > Facility is no longer storing ice cream base inside the upper chambers. Upon inspection, both upper chambers for vanilla flavour and matcha flavour soft serve were empty. Only the middle chamber contained ice cream base that was probed to be -1C. When needed, more ice cream base taken from the fridge is poured directly into the middle chamber. > Upper chambers are NOT to be used for storing ice cream base. Observed use of the upper chambers during future routine inspections may result in further progressive enforcement such as ticketing. > Correction order is now rescinded. Facility may begin serving ice cream again to the public. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with branch manager on site.
