Coolers (upright glass & domestic coolers) < 4 C;
Two chest freezers are less than -18 C;
Note: High temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection (Ensure that the dishwasher is measured 72 C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface).
Sanitizer solution in a bucket is available at 100 ppm of Chlorine;
Food storage is satisfactory.
