Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # JGUU-CBNV82 of Feb-15-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Observed a small amount of mould build up in the inner compartment of ice machine. As per the log, cleaning of the ice machine is overdue (Dec 7 2021). The facility initiated cleaning process. Correction: Discard ice then clean and sanitize the ice machine as per their manufacturer's direction. Correct this by: immediately.

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CBNV82 was conducted: Ice machine cleaned and sanitized. Upper compartment of the ice machine also in sanitary condition. Ice machine to be cleaned and sanitized monthly as per the sanitation plan. Next cleaning date posted on the ice machine (mid March). Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
