Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The paper towel dispenser for the back area hand washing station was empty. The faucet was connected to a hose into the detergent dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Disconnect the hose and ensure sink is available for hand washing. Install paper towels into the dispenser to ensure it is readily available.
