Follow-up inspection Barbicide containers are filled to the top allowing combs to be fully submerged. Waxing items (pot, applicator sticks and strips) have been relocated to another room and will only be brought out when the service is provided. Ensure sticks are not double dipped. Infection Control Plan provided. High-level disinfectant available (CS20) for tweezers and razor handles. Use high-level disinfectant if tweezers are used to pull out ingrown hair or there is blood splatter on implements. Intermediate level disinfectant such as 70% alcohol is also acceptable for non-critical items requiring intermediate level disinfection (tweezers not used to pull in-grown hair or razor handles). Facility has approval for the following services: hair, shaving and facial waxing. Any additional services require Fraser Health approval.
