Corrective Action(s): - Store all food items off the floor
- Keep all food items covered with well fitting lids
- Organize walk-in cooler to have all meats on one side and ready to eat and cooked food on other side

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following observations were made at the time of inspection:
- Handsink in kitchen, front servery and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers maintained at less than 4C
- Freezers less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for rice greater than 60C. NOTE: Store the rice scoop in cold water with ice and change the water frequently
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 72C during final rinse at dish surface
- No evidence of pest activity

NOTE: Metro Vancouver inspection indicates that the Grease trap needs to replaced with adequately sized one and needs to be maintained adequately. Please ensure that during renovation, operations remain closed or do renovation during offdays only. Inform the health inspector once all the renovations are completed.
