Observation: Observed a small number of fruit flies near the server station and the bar.

Observation: Standing water under the server station drink dispenser and soda gun holster were observed. Also, sticky residues were observed on the syrup pipes connected to the drink dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Remove any pest attractants described above.

Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand washing station (s) equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- General sanitation is adequate
- QUATS sanitizer noted at 200ppm as per test strips. Test strips available on site
- Low temperature dishwasher chlorine concentration noted at >100 ppm
- Washroom facility in a sanitary condition
- In-use utensils stored in a sanitary manner
- In-use wiping cloths stored in QUAT solution
- Staff demonstrates good hygiene

Pest
- Pest control in place; serviced every month. Ongoing issue with fruit flies. The operator and the pest control company are working on this issue.
- Other than fruit flies, no evidence of recent pest activity at the time of inspection.


Storage
- Dry storage is adequate. All goods maintained off the floor >15cm. Few plastic crates were found on the floor or storage room. Operator is to remove these crates.
- Single-use take out containers are stored properly
- Chemical stored in a separate area away from food.

- Staffs with FoodSafe Level 1 is on site.
