- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler at 2C
* Display coolers at 4C or below
* Chest freezer at -3C (Ensure to monitor)
* Display freezer at -13C
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in spray bottle. concentration at 200ppm
- No evidence of pests detected
- Pest control in place (strata is responsible)
- General sanitation of facility - OK

The following was discussed with operator.
- Foodsafe refresher course (www.foodsafe.ca)
- Currently facility is FE1 even though there is no foods being sold on-site for immediate consumption, operator would like to keep permit.
