Display cooler serviced and now registering at 4 C - good. Two door undercounter cooler serviced and now registering at 4 C - good. One door cooler around 9 C and only being used to store unopened cartons of shelf stable milk (oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk). Operator plans to replace this cooler. Using it to store non potentially hazardous foods until unit is replaced is okay. Do not use to store potentially hazardous foods until unit is serviced or replaced. Continue to monitor refrigeration unit temperatures and record daily. Temperatures should be available for review upon request of Environmental Health Officer. Ice machine cleaned. Surface sanitizer solution available and registered at 100 ppm for chlorine and wiping clothes stored in solution- good.
