- Handwash stations in place and well stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. - 3 comp sink and manual dishwashing in place. Quats dispenser at 200ppm, test strips on site for verification - Pest control in place - Sanitizer spray bottles located in several areas of production. Measured at 200 ppm Quats - Cooler less than 4 C and freezer below -18 C. - General sanitation and overall organization is good. - Storage areas separated for the 2 companies - Equipment rolled into storage area and covered when not in use
