-Routine Inspection -Handwashing stations contain hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel -Coolers measured 4C or less: Standing meat cooler, 3 door prep cooler, 2 door prep cooler -Walk in cooler turned off and is not needed. This was previously approved. -No signs of pest -Back door kept closed when not in use -General sanitation is satisfactory. Foods kept off the floor -Sanitizer bottle and bucket measured 100ppm chlorine -Dishwasher maintains 71C at the plate level -Rice hot holding above 60C
