Remove recycling prior to beginning kitchen operation. Continue cleaning thoroughly in floors, corners, hard to reach areas of kitchen.

Ownership has changed and new operator is currently operating facility. No change to menu or floor plans done.
Operator has submitted:

- Both hand sinks stocked with hot/cold running water , soap, and paper towels.
- High temp dishwasher at 72.1 degrees C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 degrees C required)
- Quat sanitizer in spray bottle at front at 200 ppm Quats.
- Bleach water in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine
- Display cooler in front 3 degrees C
- Upright cooler in kitchen: 3.2 degrees C
- Walk in cooler: 2.9 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -19 degrees C
Begin taking daily temperature recordings for your coolers/freezer.
