Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in back area does not have cold water.
Corrective Action(s): Staff to use two compartment sink in the interim for hand washing until the designated hand sink is repaired. Liquid soap and paper towels available nearby.

Observation: - Produce cooler at back wall was approximately 4 degrees C in the very back of the cooler, and packaged spinach was observed to be stored along the back in this area. Other areas of the cooler has inconsistent temperature varying from 6 to 9 degrees C. Discussed with operator to ensure cooler is capable of maintaining 4 degrees or less.
- No cold water available for hand sink
Corrective Action(s): - Monitor cooler and have it serviced if it cannot maintain 4 degrees C or less consistently as food labeled "keep refrigerated" such as packaged spinach is stored here.
- Ensure cold water is available for hand sink (hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels must be avaiable at all times to facilitate proper hand washing). Date to be corrected by: June 6, 2025.
