Clean up has been done. Rodent droppings are removed. Grease build up has been removed. Ice machine has been cleaned. Dishwasher has been cleaned. Dishwasher reached 39C max. and final rinse water measured 50ppm. Pending corrections: - More debris observed on the corner at the bar area facing the entrance door. Clean and sanitize the floor. Date to be corrected by: Today - Address the structural concerns indicated in the pest report. Install door sweeps to block the gaps observed at the front entrance door. - Repair/replace the booster unit of the dishwasher to ensure there is no leak. - Repair the cooler door so that the door closes properly. - Replace the light bulbs in the ventilation unit.
