- no expired foods upon random audit; foods date labelled to facilitate FIFO
- soda nozzles clean
- ice machine sanitary
- stirring spoon kept in ice water
- FOODSAFE requirements met
- no obvious signs of pests at the time of inspection; professional pest control in once monthly
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats throughout kitchen; sanitizer replaced on timer system
- time stamps noted on inserts to ensure usage within 2 hours or foods are discarded
- manager stated that door sweeps for the back kitchen door and the lobby doors are to be installed in the near future
- general sanitation satisfactory
