Limited food prep on site. Most food arrives pre-made and frozen from Sysco and GFS and is reheated in Burlodge ovens. Some soups come fresh (refrigerated) and are reheated in Burlodge oven.
Ensure internal temperature is checked and confirmed to meet reheating requirements as indicated in Food Safety Plan
