Observation:
Missing light covers missing over the dishwashing and walk-in cooler area.
Corrective Action(s):
Replace missing light covers in the back.

Observation:
Walk-in freezer was at -9 to -10 deg C.
Log showed that temp. range was from -5 to -14 deg C.
Corrective Action(s):
Service required for walk-in cooler to ensure that it maintains -18 deg C.

Observation:
Back area counter tops (underneath shelf) have grime build up as well as some areas of the floor.
Inside prep line coolers have food debris and some water.
Mop bucket was full of dirty water.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean counter tops and floor thoroughly to remove grime build up. Use degreaser to remove grime.
Clean inside the prep line coolers and ensure there is not water pooling.
Empty out mop bucket when finished cleaning with the floor.

Observation:
Spray bottle labelled "Sanitizer" has multi-purpose cleaner solution inside.
Corrective Action(s):
Empty bottle and fill with sanitizer. Obtain another spray bottle labelled as "cleaner" for cleaning solution.

Premises has COVID Plan in place:
*Masks worn by food handlers
*Hand sanitizer available at the front entrance
*Surfaces and washrooms cleaned and sanitized frequently (every 30 minutes).
Note: Ensure to follow through with the COVID Plan

Observations:
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitize (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at 3-5 deg C. (Busy Lunch time)
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff on duty have Food Safe 1 training.
