Comments

Follow up inspection to report DSOG-ARFU8F.
- The front display cooler was measured at 4C. You must start a daily temperature log for all coolers and freezers in the main kitchen. All coolers and freezers must maintain temperatures of < or = 4C and < or = -18C respectively. Temperature log template was given to the operator. Keep up to date and on site for review by the health inspector for next routine inspection. When temperatures or greater than those outlined above, take necessary actions (ie. call for service, increase the setting).
- General sanitation has improved.
- Pest issue (ie fruit flies in the dry storage room) has not been adequately addressed. You must take proper measures to fix the pest issues (ie. using fruit fly traps away from the food items).
- Submit the most recent pest control report to the health inspector by next week.
